Bastone PVC paste resin consists of fine, spherical particles that disperse readily in plasticizers to form stable, pourable pastes. These pastes can be processed through various techniques, including coating, dipping, rotational molding, and slush molding, to create flexible, durable products.

Description

Bastone offers four distinct grades to meet diverse application requirements:

Bastone Grade A

Bastone Grade A is formulated for applications requiring moderate viscosity and excellent foam structure. With a K-Value of 66 and viscosity range of 100-120 ml/g, this grade delivers consistent performance in foam-based products.

Primary Applications: Sports floor foam layers, floor mats, labor protection gloves, and similar foam-structured products.

Bastone Grade B

Bastone Grade B provides balanced processing characteristics with a K-Value of 65 and viscidity range of 95-115 ml/g. This grade offers excellent coating properties and surface finish quality.

Primary Applications: Wallpaper, artificial leather, sports flooring, and decorative surface products.

Bastone Grade C

Bastone Grade C features a higher K-Value of 70 and viscidity range of 115-135 ml/g, providing enhanced mechanical properties and durability in the finished product.

Primary Applications: Toys, artificial leather, conveyor belts, and products requiring good mechanical strength.

Bastone Grade D

Bastone Grade D is our premium high-molecular-weight grade with a K-Value of 78 and viscidity range of 155-175 ml/g. This specialty grade produces matte finishes with exceptional wear resistance.

Primary Applications: Matte-finish products, high wear-resistant sports floors, and demanding industrial applications.
