In response to the special optical performance requirements of PVC transparent products, the effects of plasticizers, internal lubricants, external lubricants, heat stabilizers, and impact modifiers on the haze, transparency, and yellow index of the products were investigated through orthogonal formula design. An optimal formula for PVC transparent sheets was obtained as follows: 0.2 parts of external lubricant, 2 parts of impact modifier, 0.3 parts of internal lubricant, 12 parts of plasticizer, and 4 parts of heat stabilizer.
