Description

TINTM (Triisononyl Trimellitate) is a premium plasticizer designed for applications that demand superior heat resistance and long-lasting performance. Unlike standard plasticizers, TINTM works exceptionally well in high-temperature environments, making it perfect for products that need to maintain their flexibility and strength even when exposed to heat. This advanced plasticizer provides excellent compatibility with PVC and other polymers, ensuring your products remain soft, durable, and reliable throughout their entire lifespan.

TINTM Plasticizer is a unique plasticizer characterized by low volatility and migration, excellent electrical resistance, and meets the requirements for processability, aging resistance, and heat resistance. Its processing conditions and gelling characteristics are similar to those of TOTM, and it emits very little smoke during processing. Compared to TOTM, TINTM offers superior cold resistance, heat resistance, and aging resistance. In scenarios where TOTM falls short in meeting heat resistance and aging resistance requirements, TINTM effectively meets these standards without any issues.

TINTM also offers significant advantages over traditional plasticizers like DOP and DINP. While standard plasticizers work well for general applications, TINTM excels in demanding environments where heat resistance is critical. It maintains its plasticizing effect at much higher temperatures without breaking down or migrating out of the material. This means your products last longer and perform better, especially in automotive interiors, wire and cable insulation, and other heat-exposed applications. TINTM also provides better resistance to extraction by water and oils, making it ideal for products that need to withstand harsh conditions. Additionally, TINTM is increasingly preferred in applications requiring better permanence and lower volatility compared to phthalate-based plasticizers.

TINTM is widely used in applications where durability and heat resistance are essential. It's the plasticizer of choice for automotive interior components such as dashboards, door panels, and seat coverings that are regularly exposed to sunlight and heat. In the wire and cable industry, TINTM provides excellent insulation for high-temperature cables used in industrial equipment and automotive wiring. It's also perfect for coated fabrics, synthetic leather, and vinyl flooring that need to maintain their appearance and flexibility over time. Other common applications include medical tubing, industrial hoses, gaskets, and seals that must perform reliably in challenging environments.

At BASTONE, we make ordering TINTM simple and convenient for businesses of all sizes. We offer low minimum order quantities, so whether you're a small manufacturer testing a new formula or a large-scale producer, you can order exactly what you need without overcommitting. Our dedicated customer support team is always ready to help you choose the right product and answer any technical questions you may have. We pride ourselves on fast shipping and reliable delivery, ensuring your production schedule stays on track. With competitive pricing and consistent quality, BASTONE delivers value you can count on.

Why Choose Bastone Plasticizer TINTM?

Superior Performance in Extreme Conditions

When your products face intense heat, UV exposure, or harsh chemicals, ordinary plasticizers simply aren't enough. TINTM maintains its effectiveness in temperatures up to 150°C, while standard options begin to degrade at much lower levels.

This means fewer product failures, reduced warranty claims, and happier customers. Your manufactured goods will stay flexible and strong even after years of exposure to sunlight, engine heat, or industrial environments.

Cost Savings Through Longevity

While TINTM may have a higher upfront cost than basic plasticizers, it delivers significant savings over time. Products formulated with TINTM last 2-3 times longer than those using conventional alternatives, reducing replacement costs and enhancing your brand reputation.

The superior permanence means less plasticizer migration, so your products maintain their properties throughout their service life. This translates to fewer customer complaints and lower lifecycle costs for your end users.

Easy Integration Into Your Production

Switching to TINTM doesn't require overhauling your entire process. It blends easily with PVC and other resins using your existing mixing equipment at standard processing temperatures between 160-180°C.

The viscosity is optimized for efficient mixing, reducing processing time and energy costs. Most manufacturers find they can directly substitute TINTM for their current plasticizer with minimal formula adjustments. Our technical team provides formulation support to ensure a smooth transition and optimal results.
